DWTX Halneuron reports significant, durable pain relief in CINP Phase 2
Halneuron, a synthetic NaV1.7 inhibitor, showed significant and durable pain relief in CINP patients in Phase 2. Company says manufacturing is scalable and a Phase 2b data readout is expected in Fall 2026.
