DOJ to settle rent-fixing lawsuit against Cushman & Wakefield-owned landlord
The Justice Department plans to settle a lawsuit accusing a Cushman & Wakefield-owned property management company of participating in a rent-fixing scheme with other landlords using an algorithm from RealPage.
