DOJ charges Robinhood engineers with alleged front-running on Hyperliquid
The U.S. Department of Justice charged Robinhood engineers Hefu Chai and Huaisong Xiang with commodities fraud and wire fraud, alleging they misappropriated confidential information about upcoming cryptocurrency token listings and traded ahead of them on Hyperliquid.
