DHL AG reorganizes and Global Forwarding acquires Aero Cargas
DHL AG reorganized by renaming Deutsche Post AG to centralize group strategy, governance and cross-division functions while keeping Post & Parcel Germany separate. Global Forwarding expanded via acquisition of Uruguay’s Aero Cargas, adding local multi-modal capacity and staff.
