DFI Retail to Take Control of Starbucks Asia Operations
DFI Retail Group will acquire Starbucks' Asia business in exchange for its 50% stake in Maxim's Caterers and approximately $340 million in cash. Following the transaction, DFI will manage Starbucks operations across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.
