DC Court of Appeals cites AI-made fake cases in Deutsche Bank subsidiary case
The District of Columbia Court of Appeals said lawyers for a Deutsche Bank subsidiary in a mortgage foreclosure lawsuit cited nonexistent cases generated by artificial intelligence, calling it a “cautionary tale” about misuse of AI.
