DAX closes up 0.82% at 25,569 points
The DAX rose 207 points, or 0.82%, to close at 25,569. Gains were led by Infineon (+4.78%), Siemens (+2.73%) and Deutsche Telekom (+2.55%); laggards included Rheinmetall (-3.05%), BASF (-2.83%) and Henkel (-1.71%).
