Semicolon Mullae REIT entered dissolution after completing its property sale; shareholders resolved to start dissolution and liquidation procedures on Sept. 30, 2026. The unit had assets of KRW 568.93 billion, 53.55% of the group’s KRW 1.06 trillion consolidated assets.
