Czechoslovak Group a.s. disclosed a 9.5% stake in MDA Space Ltd. after Mariselle a.s. settled a share forward for 15,356,219 shares on Oct. 13, 2026. The group filed a Schedule 13D on Oct. 14, following approval under Canada’s investment law allowing physical settlement.
