Cygnus says Western Australia court will hear scheme approval
Cygnus Metals said the Supreme Court of Western Australia will hear its application to approve the proposed scheme of arrangement with Central Asia Metals on Oct. 14. The company also reminded eligible shareholders about CREST access for trading New CAML shares on AIM after implementation.
