Cygnus Metals delays court date pending Kazakhstan approval
Cygnus said CAML’s Kazakhstan regulatory approval remains outstanding and it has sought a deferral of the Second Court Date. CAML re-submitted its application online on Sept. 18 and expects approval on or before Oct. 12, 2026; other conditions tied to options and rights are satisfied.
