Cygnus Metals Acquisition Wins Kazakhstan Regulatory Approval
Cygnus said Central Asia Metals obtained required Kazakhstan approval for its proposed acquisition of Cygnus. Remaining conditions are expected to be satisfied or waived by the Oct. 14, 2026 Second Court Hearing; trading suspensions are expected to follow.
