Cyberloq consolidates convertible notes; no interest until 2028
Cyberloq Technologies amended, restated and consolidated promissory notes with all holders to streamline its capital structure. The notes bear no ordinary interest from Sep 1, 2026 through Sep 1, 2028 and mature on Sep 1, 2028, with 12% default interest thereafter; accrued interest converts at $0.10.
