Curaleaf boosts offer for Aurora, extends expiry
Curaleaf has enhanced its takeover offer for Aurora, increasing the consideration to US$1.00 cash plus 0.4013 Curaleaf shares per Aurora share. The offer deadline has been extended to December 4, 2026.
