Cuba trade official says US embargo impeding reforms, denies Trump contacts
Oscar Perez-Oliva Fraga said no Cuban official met representatives of Trump-tied businesses and said the US embargo is blocking free-market reforms. He also said Sherritt International and Antilles Gold have not withdrawn from Cuba but are evaluating alternatives.
