Crowdworks cuts convertible bond conversion price to KRW 1,561 from KRW 2,105
Crowdworks reset the conversion price on its 2nd unsecured convertible bond to KRW 1,561 from KRW 2,105, effective Oct. 13, 2026. The adjustment increased potential conversion shares to 2,562,459 from 1,900,237 on KRW 4 billion of outstanding principal. The reset was triggered by share-price moves under the bond terms.
