Crinetics names Charles Wagner director after merger resignations
Crinetics’ directors resigned in connection with the Merger. Charles Wagner was named sole director, and Charles Wagner, Prasanna Thombre, and Omar White became President, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Surviving Corporation, respectively.
