Crescent Biopharma Completes CR-001 Dose Escalation, Sets Readout Timing
Crescent Biopharma said ASCEND dose escalation is complete, with more than 125 patients dosed, and enrollment is underway in chemotherapy combinations. Initial CR-001 monotherapy data are expected in Q1 2027, combination readouts in mid-2027, and a potential Phase 3 start in early 2028.
