Credit Acceptance extends $500M Term ABS 2019-2 to 2028
Credit Acceptance executed financing amendments, extending its $500.0 million Term ABS 2019-2 and lowering a warehouse spread to SOFR+175. The Wells Fargo-linked extension moves the revolving period end date to Sept. 15, 2028 and raises the interest rate to 5.83% from 5.43%.
