Craig Conway to Step Down from Nutanix Board
Nutanix director Craig Conway will not seek re-election and is set to stay on the board until the 2026 annual meeting. Former President and Chief Commercial Officer Tarkan Maner will serve as a senior advisor under a 12-month Transition Advisory Services Agreement.
