Cox Energy discloses MXN 8.59 billion price for Cox Asset México acquisition
Cox de México acquired Cox Asset México indirectly from parent Cox Infrastructure under a June 19, 2026 agreement for USD 500 million. The acquisition brings 16 operating power plants with 2,601 MW of installed capacity into the group. A parallel sale transferred international subsidiaries to Cox Infrastructure for MXN
