Coveo agrees buyback of 2.62M shares at $3.75
Coveo will repurchase 2,615,859 SVS at $3.75 for about $9.81M using cash. A QIA subsidiary will sell 4,800,000 SVS via a bought deal led by RBC, and repurchase completion is conditional on that brokered sale; QIA will fully exit.
