CoreWeave shares fall after $3 billion convertible notes offering
CoreWeave Inc. (CRWV) shares fell 2.10% after the company announced a $3.0 billion private placement of convertible senior notes due April 2033, with an additional $500 million option, and an at-the-market program for up to 35 million Class A shares.
