Corbus CRB-913 reports 5% mean weight loss in obesity trial
Corbus Pharmaceuticals said its CRB-913 showed dose-dependent weight loss in obese adults, including a 5% mean loss at 60 mg, alongside a favorable safety/tolerability profile. Phase 2 studies are planned for 2027.
