CopperCorp Agrees to Sell Skyline Project for A$3.0M Plus Contingent Consideration
CopperCorp entered a binding deal to sell 100% of the Skyline Copper-Gold Project to a Bubalus subsidiary for A$3.0M in initial cash and shares, a contingent A$1.5M milestone and an NSR royalty, subject to customary conditions.
