Copley Acquisition expands sponsor convertible note to $900,000
Copley Acquisition entered an amended and restated convertible promissory note with its sponsor to increase available funding to $900,000 for working capital. The note bears no interest and is repayable at the earlier of a business combination’s effective date or liquidation.
