Copart to acquire ACV Auctions via $10.50-per-share cash tender offer
ACV Auctions announced a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with Copart. Copart will commence a cash tender offer to acquire all ACV shares at $10.50 per share, followed by a back-end merger under Section 251(h), subject to a majority tender condition and HSR clearance.
