Copart reports Q4 FY2026 results; says ACV deal accretive
Copart reported Q4 FY2026 revenue of $1.2B and EPS of $0.35, and FY revenue of $4.7B and EPS of $1.55. Management said its ACV acquisition is expected to expand digital reach and buyer liquidity and be accretive by FY2028.
