Constellium Reports Record Q3 Adjusted EBITDA of $276 Million, Raises Guidance
Third-quarter revenue was $2.639 billion, up 22% year over year, and net income was $119 million versus $88 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA rose 17% to $276 million, while shipments fell 1% to 368,000 metric tons.
