Consensus Cloud Solutions Secures $525 Million Credit Facilities
Consensus Cloud Solutions entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement providing a $225 million senior secured revolving credit facility and a $300 million senior secured delayed-draw term loan, maturing Sept. 30, 2031. The revolver is reborrowable; the DDTL is drawable until Oct. 15, 2028.
