Conduent Completes $447M Refinancing, Extends Revolver to May 2029
Conduent extended its $357 million revolving credit facility to May 2029 and added $90 million in commitments, including a $15 million letter of credit facility. The company expects about $550 million in lower surety bond and letter-of-credit needs upon completion of its tolling sale.
