Comstock Resources signs LOI with SOCAR for potential acquisition
Comstock Resources, Inc. (CRK) said it entered a letter of intent with SOCAR under which SOCAR or a wholly owned subsidiary would acquire, subject to the LOI terms and a definitive purchase agreement.
