Compass CEO says U.S. housing market is split by price, geography
Compass CEO Robert Reffkin said 42% of U.S. homes on the market saw price cuts in September, the highest share in nearly a decade. He also said sales are diverging by price point, with lower-end demand softer and luxury sales stronger.
