Coincheck Group names Shumpei Tatebayashi to board, expands to 10 directors
Takashi Oyagi resigned as executive director and executive chairperson effective Sept. 17, 2026. Jean St-Jean became executive chairperson in addition to CEO and president, and Satoshi Hasuo was named temporary executive director through the 2027 annual general meeting.
