Cloudberry Clean Energy secured clearance for a prospectus covering 75,866,410 shares issued under a separate ISIN pending listing. Those shares will transfer to the ordinary listed ISIN NO0010876642 in VPS, unlocking trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. The shares form part of 124,378,083 new shares issued at NOK 13.50 each
