Cliq Digital AG launched a public partial share repurchase offer for up to 447,061 shares, representing up to 10% of its share capital, at a fixed price of EUR 6.07 per share. The buyback is valued at up to EUR 2,713,660.27 and will run from Oct. 12 to Oct. 26, 2026.
