Cleanova to buy SV Techsol to expand filtration platform
Cleanova, owned by PX3 Partners, agreed to acquire SV Techsol, a Silicon Valley maker of customized fan filter units for semiconductor tools. Deal expands Cleanova’s semiconductor and ultra-clean controlled-environment filtration platform, following the TES-Clean Air Systems and Airflotek acquisitions in December 2025.
