City of Waco breaks ground on $184 million Barron’s Branch District
The first phase of the downtown and Brazos riverfront redevelopment begins this month, with completion anticipated by April 2029. The project is under an approximately $184 million master development agreement with Hunt Real Estate & Infrastructure.
