Circle to acquire APAC payments firm Tazapay; terms undisclosed
Circle will acquire Singapore-based payments infrastructure company Tazapay. Tazapay has over $25 billion in annualized payment volume, 60+ partners and payout rails covering 100+ markets, with about 60% of volume involving stablecoins.
