Cigna investor day introduces “Lead To One” and targets 10-14% EPS CAGR through 2030
Cigna said its 2026 Investor Day introduced “Lead To One” and outlined a $3 billion multi-year modernization and productivity initiative, reaffirmed 2026 guidance, and set a 10-14% adjusted EPS CAGR target through 2030 plus about $50 billion cumulative operating cash flow through 2030.
