Choice Hotels to Acquire RV Travel Firm Harvest Hosts for $130M
Choice Hotels International has agreed to purchase RV travel membership company Harvest Hosts from private-equity firm Stripes for approximately $130 million in an all-cash transaction, which includes debt. The deal is anticipated to conclude by Thursday.
