China Says EU Must Ensure Equal Treatment for Hybrid-Car Exports
China's commerce ministry said the EU must ensure non-discriminatory treatment of Chinese hybrid-car exports under its latest trade arrangement. It said China's quota should be no lower than that granted to other import sources.
