Chesapeake unit sells 49% stake in $1.2B Florida Energy Pathway to NextEra
Chesapeake Utilities NYSE:CPK said its unit sold a 49% stake in Florida Energy Pathway, a $1.2 billion South Florida natural gas transmission infrastructure project, to NextEra Energy Resources NYSE:NEE.
