Cheil Worldwide to cancel 13,762,500 shares worth KRW 282.75 billion
Cheil Worldwide will cancel 13,762,500 common shares out of 115,041,225 issued, using previously acquired treasury shares. The planned cancellation amount is KRW 282.75 billion based on treasury stock book value as of the Sept. 30, 2026 board decision date; cancellation is scheduled for Oct. 15, 2026.
