Chefs’ Warehouse Reports Q3 Results, Raises 2026 Guidance
Net sales rose 11.2% to $1.14 billion for the quarter ended September 25, 2026. Adjusted net income was $29.5 million, or $0.66 per diluted share, and adjusted EBITDA was $82.2 million. The company now expects 2026 net sales of $4.56 billion to $4.61 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $317 million to $321 million.
