Cerity Partners will merge with Iowa wealth manager Gilbert & Cook, effective at the end of September. Gilbert & Cook will rebrand under Cerity Partners, marking Cerity’s entry into the Iowa market via West Des Moines. Gilbert & Cook brings about $2 billion in assets under management to the combined firm. The combinati
