Century Communities Upsizes Revolving Credit Facility to $1.2 Billion
Century Communities amended its credit agreement to increase aggregate commitments to $1.2 billion and extend the maturity for extending lenders to November 1, 2030. The amendment adds Flagstar Bank and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding as new lenders.
