Century Communities Reports Q3 Revenue of $864.5 Million, Updates 2026 Guidance
Century Communities reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $12.6 million, or $0.44 per diluted share. It now expects 9,350–9,650 home deliveries and $3.3 billion–$3.4 billion in home sales revenue for 2026. The company said rising interest rates, inflation and macroeconomic uncertainty pressured consumer confidence.
