CenterPoint Energy Resources upsizes note tender to $400M, proration set
CERC raised its cash tender offers cap to $400M, removed the $100M cap on 2034 notes, will prorate the 2034 notes at ~43.8%, and will accept none of the other notes. Early settlement is expected Sept. 24, 2026.
