Cenntro Launches $100 Million At-the-Market Equity Offering
Cenntro entered into a sales agreement with Pacific Century Securities for an at-the-market offering of up to $100 million of common stock. Shares may be sold from time to time through the agent on Nasdaq or other markets at prevailing prices.
